Packing Check List:
Necessities:
- headlamp
- reef safe sunscreen
- Yamuna balls:
- calf balls OR Franklin Balls (orange or green)
- pearl ball
- silver ball AND/OR gold ball
- (I will bring a pump so you can inflate balls when you arrive.)

- 1 Liter reusable water bottle (You may want to bottle that can hold hot or cold if you want to bring your tea or coffee back to your room.)
- reusable container for lunch to go
- flip-flops/sandals
Recommended:
- yoga mat OR small face towel to use on retreat center yoga mats
- Snorkel, mask, fins (If you plan on snorkeling, you will be glad you packed your own.)

We will arrange one to two pick-up and drop-off times for flight arrivals and departures that accommodate the entire group most conveniently.
Taxis are available to and from the Kona airport to Hale Kai.
There is very limited parking available at Hale Kai. Transportation will be arranged for all group outings and there will be multiple drivers available for other arranged and impromptu outings. If you feel that you will require a rental car for the week, let us know and please rent nothing larger than a midsize SUV and consider sharing this vehicle with a few other guests. (It is our experience that rental cars most often end up sitting in the driveway unused during most of the week.)
Cell phones and computers:
- There is wireless internet service at Hale Kai.
- Most cell services work at Hale Kai.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover travel costs such as airline tickets and retreat costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The Educated Body, LLC does not provide refunds of any kind.
